A few weeks ago after I made the Bang-Bang Chicken, I decided I wanted to try another recipe from Pinterest. I settled on something I could make in the crock pot, since those are by far my favorite meals. I found a recipe for slow cooker pulled BBQ chicken and made a bunch of adjustments to it, until it was pretty damn perfect. Recipe: Slow-Cooker Beer and Cheese Chowder (with Potatoes and Ham)

Cooking Time: 6-8 hours (on low)

The Husband and I are big soup/stew/chowder lovers. If we could eat soup (with some really good crusty bread) for every meal we absolutely would- especially when it’s this cold outside.
